ABOUT

Rocio Zanca Oubre, is an architect and artist originally from Lima - Peru, now residing in Texas. Rocio  has a Masters Degree in Construction and Real Estate Business Administration. She studied art at various Art Institutes. 

 

Her love of art is followed by volunteering for non-profit organizations and supporting her family as a daughter, sister, wife and mother.   

 

Her vision is to promote happiness to families in her books and encourage others to follow their own dreams.  She enjoys her time in any outdoor activity with her Husband, son and their Yorkie “Jazmin”.
